Our organic chestnut products provide an ideal, original accompaniment for your meat dishes or your gourmet crêpes. They are sourced from organic farms to ensure health, pesticide-free products. Our organic chestnut cream is made of 55% nuts plus organic cane sugar. Its light, subtle flavour is enhanced by the crunchiness of chestnut fragments and a hint of vanilla. It can be enjoyed on its own on toast or crêpes, but also in the preparation of desserts, cakes, fromage blanc and ice cream. Our organic chestnut puree is made of 60% fruit with no added sugar. It is ideal for accompanying game, poultry and white meat. Our 100% natural organic whole chestnuts are steamed, making them more flavourful and tender. They can be enjoyed warm or cold, at cocktail hour, in salads or to accompany meat, game, poultry or vegetables.
