Go to “My Account”, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Go to “My Account > Account details” to edit your personal information (name, email address and password) or to “My Account > Addresses” to edit your addresses (shipping and billing).

You can do this at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in one of our emails.

Go to “My Account > Addresses” to edit your billing or shipping address.

The Comtes de Provence website does not have access to or store your payment card details. The bank gateway we use is responsible for securing and processing that information.

ORDERS AND TRACKING

When you add an item to your shopping basket, it will stay there until you either buy it or remove it from your basket.

Go to “My Account > Orders” to display your order history (orders in progress and past orders).

You will always receive a confirmation email when you place an order. First, check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you don’t see it there, you can see all your approved order in the “Orders” section of your account. If you can’t find the missing order, it probably wasn’t recorded, either because the payment wasn’t accepted or because you used a different account to place the order. You can contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to perform the necessary searches.

Because of how quickly our order processing system works, we cannot guarantee changes to or cancellation of an order you have already submitted. To change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service on +33 (0)4 92 33 23 00, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CET. Cancelled orders are refunded as soon as possible.

Click on “My Basket” at the top of the page. There, you will see the description, price and quantity of each product in your shopping basket. On that page, you can change your quantities or remove products from your basket.

All prices on the website are given in euros. The price of each product includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate currently in effect in France.

If you know exactly what you’re looking for, the fastest way is to use the search engine at the top of the page. Use it to search by product name. The products that match your search will be displayed immediately. If you are in need of inspiration, you can browse through our main menu for ideas for purchases or gifts.

We accept most bank cards. All payments are secure thanks to our payment service provider (SP Plus).
We also accept payments by bank transfer (the bank details will be provided after selection of that payment method and in the order confirmation email).
You can also pay by cheque made out to Agro’Novae Industrie (private customers only).

Yes, we do have promotional offers. Simply enter the offer’s promo code before submitting your order. The value of the discount will be applied to your order, but it will not appear on a separate accounting line. Although the terms of use of each promotion will vary, most of them have an expiration date. They are associated with promo codes that can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other special offers. Shipping promotions will only apply to orders which meet the specific promotional criteria and which are being shipped to a single address. With the occasional exception, shipping promotions usually only apply to standard shipping within metropolitan France.

Sometimes those offers will not be associated with a promo code and will be applied before you pay for your order. Yes. Our delivery slips contain no billing information. As a result, all our orders can be delivered anonymously.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you are returning an online purchase you received as a gift, we will give you a credit for the value of the goods at the time of purchase, to be used exclusively on this website. The original invoice or gift receipt is needed to process this type of request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit if the goods returned do not comply with our General Terms & Conditions. The shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable, save in the case of an error on our part. We will process your request within 14 days of receipt of the return.
You can return your online purchase for a full refund of the value of the goods within 14 days of receipt of the order. After that time, you must return your online purchase unopened, in which case you will receive a credit for the value of the product, so long as it is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Your credit will only be valid for use on this website, within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that you opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any unopened items purchased on this website, or received as a gift, can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. For any exchanges, please contact Customer Service on +33 (0)4 92 33 23 00, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CET. The team will give you instructions on returning the goods by post, getting a refund or credit and placing a new order.
