Jams rich in fruit

Our traditional and organic jams are made in Provence by expertise inherited from ancient jam recipes and cooked in pots. Our 30 years’ expertise as a jam-maker has allowed us to develop delicious recipes. Jams rich in fruit, taste and flavour.

Rich in fruit ORGANIC

Our organic jams are rich in fruit (up to 65% for jams and 80% for compotes) and light in sugar. As for organic compotes, they are not as sweet and cook more slowly, making them richer in fruit.

Pure cane sugar

Cane sugar comes from sugar cane stalks and is a key ingredient in any kitchen. Reputed to be healthier than other sugars, cane sugar can be used in a variety of ways. Cane sugar is very complete and is rich in many nutrients that are essential to the functioning of the human body.


Les Comtes de Provence manufactory offers a whole range of products which have earned the “Organic Farming” label. That range includes organic jams, compotes, honeys and preserves. These delectable organic recipes, cooked in pots, are rich in fruit and light in pure cane sugar. The raw materials are of the highest quality, sourced from organic farms. Recipes which are rich in fruit and rich in flavour!

Boiling in pots

Les Comtes de Provence has opted to cook its fruit in pots. This is a traditional method, used by artisans and also our grandmothers. The width of the pot spreads the heat out to ensure the fruit cooks evenly and prevents overcooking. This enhances the concentration of taste and flavour. Cooking in pots also preserves the environment, because the temperature rises faster, leading to energy savings.
